Amanda's Waldorf Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup miracle whip
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Chop apple and toss with lemon juice or place in a bowl of cold salt water to keep from browning
  2. Chop onion and celery into small dice
  3. Roughly chop walnuts
  4. Toss with miracle whip
  5. Add chunks of tempeh or chicken
  6. Chill for at least an hor before serving
