Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ribs in olive oil and vinegar. Remove and set aside.
  2. Saute onions and bell peppers in remaining juices.
  3. Return ribs to dutch oven, add water to cover 2/3rds the ribs, add 2 cups ketchup, brown sugar and molasses. Bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat to a 9 bubble simmer .
  4. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes and then add paprika, chili powder, oregano, onion salt, garlic salt, 2 cups ketchup, and mustard.
  5. Simmer another 15 minutes add optional honey or ketchup to your desired taste.
