  1. I slice the washed zuchinni on my mandolin
  2. Curl and toothpick
  3. Avocado mix:
  4. Squirt of lemon
  5. Remove avocadoes from skin and mash with salt pepper and chili pepper powder(optional).
  6. Chill mix
  7. Place in your zuchinni 'cups' with 2-3 anchovies on top
