Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir zucchini and eggs well. Add the flour and the salt stir again. Spread the dough on a 12inch pizza pan ( be sure to spray it so it doesn't stick. )
  2. Bake at 450 for 8 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to 350. Sprinkle all remaining ingredients on top of crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Makes 6 slices.
