Yummy Overnight French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 8-9 eggs
  • 1 3/4-2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. In 9 x 13 pan melt margarine in oven set at 350 degrees.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over melted margarine. Layer bread in bottom of pan.
  3. Mix eggs and milk. pour over bread slices. cover and refridgerate overnight.
  4. Next morning, uncover. bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  5. To serve, turn upside down on plate.
