Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and thinly slice onions. Place in large bowl.
  2. Combine boiling water, vinegar and sugar. Pour over onions.
  3. Cover and chill overnight.
  4. Drain completely.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise and celery salt. Combine with drained onions.
  6. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
  7. Serve with crackers.
