Wild Mushroom and Goat Cheese Tartlets

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven 350.
  2. Saute mushrooms in a large pan over high heat until all moisture has evaporated. Add butter ,shallots,lemon zest and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in goat cheese and herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let cool.
  4. Once cooled, place a spoonful into phyllo tart shells and bake about 5 minutes or so,.
