Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Pour yeast and bowl and pour in water. Mix well.
  2. Add flour and salt and mix until not too wet, but not too dry.
  3. Knead for 15 minutes.
  4. Put some olive oil in a large ziploc bag. Put dough in bag and press out as much air as possible, making sure the dough is covered with oil. Place in fridge for at least one day, up to five days (two seems perfect).
  5. Preheat oven with stone in it to 500*.
  6. Coat work surface with corn meal or flour. Roll or stretch dough to form crust. Brush outside edge with olive oil.
  7. Top w/sauce and toppings. Carefully place pizza on stone.
  8. Bake 5-8 minutes or until curst is done and cheese is bubbly.
