Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and baking powder; stir in oil.
  3. Add buttermilk and stir to form a soft dough.
  4. Lightly flour your hands and knead dough in bowl 1 minute.
  5. Lightly flour a work surface and rolling pin.
  6. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thick; cut into 20 squares.
  7. Transfer to a nonstick baking sheet.
  8. Bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
