Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce With Zing

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 orange , juice of (adjust water down for this)
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 oz grand marnier (orange liquer)

Directions:

  1. Rinse berries.
  2. Place all ingredients into a 3 qt sauce pan
  3. Bring to boil over medium heat.
  4. Boil uncovered 30 minute.
  5. Let cool completely (it will thicken).
  6. Refridgerate until serving time.
