Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, cheeses, oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Let flavors mingle at room temperature.
  3. Cook pasta al dente then drain well and put hot pasta in large serving bowl.
  4. Quickly toss previous ingredients into the pasta.
  5. Serve with freshly grate cheese and pepper on the side.
