Ingredients:

  • 125 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbspp condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • topping
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 tbsp cond milk
  • 125 g sugar
  • vanilla essense

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, cond milk,vanilla and sugar in a saucepan over a very low heat, add flour,baking powder,waalnuts, mix and press into a slice tin...bake 15 mins at 180.c or until lightly golden.
  2. For the topping bring all ingreds to the boil slowly and spread over base while still warm!
