Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced unpared apples
  • 1 banana , halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallow
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cream

Directions:

  1. Combine first six ingredients; sprinkle lemon juice on top.
  2. Combine gently-best to use your hands to mix.
  3. Mix mayonnaise with sugar and cream and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Dress the salad with this.
  5. Chill before serving.
  6. Can be prepared several hours ahead of time if necessary.
