Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add yolk, vanilla and lemon juice then beat well.
  4. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  5. Add flour mixture to bowl and mix until combined noting that it will be dry.
  6. Add chopped strawberries and with a mixer beat 20 seconds or until combined.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined or greased cookie sheets.
  8. Flatten with slightly wet fingers.
  9. Lightly press 1 slice strawberry and 2 blueberry pieces into each cookie then bake 10 minutes.
  10. Remove cookies to a rack to cool.
