Veggie Garden Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix softened cream cheese and dressing mix until well blended.
  2. Finely chop all vegetables (in a food processor if available).
  3. You don't want any big chunks, but you also don't want puree.
  4. Spread each tortilla with 1/6th of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with 1/6th of the veggies.
  6. Roll up tightly and wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap.
  7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours and up to 12 hours.
  8. Remove wrap and slice in 1 inch pieces, skewering with a toothpick if needed.
  9. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
