Vanilla Sauce for Bread Pudding...etc

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in small bine sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Add to butter.mix well.
  3. Stir in milk and cornsyrup.cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil - boil for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla -
  5. Serve over bread puddings etc.
