Valentine Rose Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream

Directions:

  1. Toast bread usin butter n keep it aside
  2. Mix custard powder in milk n keep it aside
  3. In a microve bowl beat egg n sugar together
  4. Add bread 2 it n mix well
  5. Add the rose petals n custard powder which is mixed with milk
  6. Also add honey if necessary (some may not like the taste of it, if honey is mixed)
  7. Now mix everything well n microwave it for 8 mts
  8. After 2 mts take it out n spread fresh cream on top
  9. Leave it 2 cool. Garnish with rose petals if needed.
  10. Refrigerate for 1 hour n then serve
