Directions:

  1. Drain zucchini and onion well
  2. In large bowl, combine zucchini, onion, crumbs and eggs
  3. Add some Old Bay Seasoning
  4. Mix well
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a hot buttered griddle
  6. Cook until brown on underside, turn and brown on other side
