Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, and spray with Frylight. Add the turkey mince and brown, breaking up the lumps. Add the onion once there is no pink colour left. Add the spices, and fry for a further minute.
  2. Add the garlic, vegetables, tomatoes and 150ml of water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding more water if necessary.
  3. Add the beans, cover, and simer for a further 10 minutes. Stir in the coriander, and serve.
  4. This freezes well - but don't add the coriander until you are ready to eat it.
