Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta.
  2. Drain, rinse and cool and set aside.
  3. Slice tomatoes, cucumber and green onions.
  4. Mix together Tuna, Green Onions, Lemon Juice, Splenda and Miracle Whip.
  5. Divide Lettuce onto two plates.
  6. Divide Tuna mixture and place on bed of lettuce on each plate.
  7. Divide tomato and cucumbers and place on plates, alternating slices.
  8. Serve.
