Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine raisins, milk, lemon zest and lemon juice.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly; just until the mixture starts to bubble.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Cool slightly; set aside.
  5. Beat margarine, sugar& vanilla until smooth.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Spread half of the oat mixture into bottom of a greased 9x13 pan and press firmly.
  8. Spread raisin mixture over that to within 1/4 inch of sides.
  9. Crumble the rest of the oat mixture over raisin filling; press lightly.
  10. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375F degrees or until golden brown.
  11. Cool and cut into bars.
