Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brown meat and onions. Add taco seasoning to taste, tomato sause and salsa.
  3. Simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Combine eggs and cottage cheese.
  5. Layer tortilla shells / sause/ egg mixture/ cheeses/ repeat.
  6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
