Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, spices and salt.
  2. Add tomato sauce to which baking soda has been dissolved.
  3. Add egg, oil, nuts and raisins. Mix well. Pour into a greased Bundt-type pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Cool completely and frost with cream cheese frosting.

  7. 1 (3-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  8. 1/4 stick butter, softened
  9. 1 cup powdered sugar
  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  11. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  12. The number of servings depends on the size of the slices.
