Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cook butter and next 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan over high heat, stirring constantly, 8 to 10 minutes or until a candy thermometer registers 225°. Remove from heat; chill.
