Toasted Polenta Rounds

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16-oz) tube of polenta , cut into 8 slices
  • 2 tbsp preshredded fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450º.
  2. Coat both sides of polenta slices with cooking spray, and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and seasoning.
  3. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes or until golden.
