Tilapia (Family Favorite)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb tilapia fillet
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (wedges)

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning on both sides of Tilapia. More or less seasoning depending on how spicy you pefer it.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. When fish flakes it's done.
  4. Serve with lemon wedges.
  5. Note: To reheat this, broil for 8 minutes and it's perfect.
