Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Divide edamame between 3 bowls
  3. Drizzle each bowl with 1 tsp olive oil
  4. Season each bowl and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread beans in single layer on a parchment lined baking shees
  6. Bake untl brown - about 50 min.
  7. Cool.
  8. Best to eat room temperataure.
