Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F,spray bottom only of 9x5x3 inches loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
  2. Beat butter in large bowl with electric mixer set at medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add sugar and brown sugar; beat well. Add egg, egg whites and vanilla; beat until well blended.
  4. Add mashed banana and beat on high speed for 30 seconds.
  5. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder in a medium bowl; Mix well. Add flour mixture to butter mixture alternating with cream, ending with flour mix.
  6. Add walnuts to batter; mix well.
  7. Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pan*. Bake until browned and tooth-pick insertion is clean. About 1 hour 15 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool about 30 minutes.
  9. ENJOY.
  10. *Can also use a muffin pan.
