  1. Preheat oven to 350°F; spray bottom of 9x5x3-inch pan with spray.
  2. Beat butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Add sugars; beat well, then add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add the mashed bananas and beat on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and add to butter mixture alternately with cream ending with flour mixture. Then add walnuts and mix well.
  4. Pour batter into your loaf pan. Bake until browned, about 1 hour 15 minutes.
  5. Cool bread for 10 minutes.
