Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2- in. baking pan, starting at a 9-in. end, arrange rows of fruit in the following order:
  2. Half of the apricots,pears and plums, all of the peaches, then remaining apricots, pears and plums.
  3. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup of juice. Lay pineapple over fruit in pan.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and cloves.
  5. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted.
  6. Pour over fruit.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. My kids like to put whip cream on top!
