Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and sausage; drain on paper towel.
  2. In drippings saute onion until translucent, adding garlic for last minute of sauteing.
  3. Drain off grease.
  4. Add browned meats and Ro-tel Tomatoes & Chilies to the pan, and stir.
  5. Add the cubed cheese, and heat on low to melt the cheese, stirring frequently.
  6. Heat all of the ingredients together.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
  8. (This will freeze - use leftover plastic containers).
