Tender Greens With Avocado And Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tspgrated orange peel
  • 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 4 cup torn boston or bibb lettuce

Directions:

  1. Combine oil,rice vinegar,chopped shallots,tarragon,orange peel and salt and pepper in small jar;shake to blend. Toss with 4 cups torn Boston or Bibb lettuce and avocado.
