Tasty Low Sodium Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Quarter potatoes, boil in water until tender (about 20 minutes).
  2. While the potatoes are cooking, heat a large skillet and brown ground beef and garlic in over medium heat.
  3. Drain and transfer into a large mixing bowl. Add soup, corn & green beans. Mix together, then pour into an oblong baking dish.
  4. Mash potatoes in bowl with cream cheese, milk, and country crock butter. Season with Mrs. Dash to taste.
  5. Distribute and spread mashed potatoes on top of beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
