Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a dash of cumin; mix well.
  3. Transfer to a large pan; add beef broth, potatoes, and water. cook until potatoes are tender (about 20 minutes).
  4. Add corn and rotel.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips, cheese, and sour cream.
