Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (1 oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can hominy
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can ranch style beans
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can sliced potatoes
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can rotel

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef and onions together. Add taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix. Stir to combine. Add all other ingredients (do not drain anything) and simmer 20-30 minutes.
