  1. In a large pot, brown ground turkey or beef, add salsa, tomato soup, and half a tomato can of milk. Stir to combine, add 1/2 the cheese and all the tortillas. Mix well. Pour ingredients into a 9x13 baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350*. For Once a Month Cooking: Prepare as above, but do not bake. Cover and freeze. Remove from freezer the day before you plan to cook it to thaw and bake as above.
