Ingredients:

  1. Bake the sweet potatoes until tender (about 45 minutess).
  2. Peel potatoes and mash them.
  3. Add the egg and bread crumbs and mix well.
  4. Drop by tablespoons into 360 degree vegetable oil until brown.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
