Sweet Onion and Pepper Grill Packet

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the onion and pepper into quater inch slices.
  2. Place them in a bowl, add olive oil, salt and pepper and toss well.
  3. Place the vegetables on a sheet of heavy duty foil, fold the edges up and over, sealing to create a closed packet.
  4. Place on the grill for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn it over and cook for 10 minutes more.
