Ingredients:

  • 4 large oranges
  • 1 (10 oz) bag frozen mangoes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp agave nectar

Directions:

  1. Leave the bag of frozen mangoes out on the counter to defrost a little. Juice the oranges and discard the seeds and peels. Put the frozen mangoes in a blender with the water and agave nectar and blend until smooth. Mix with the fresh orange juice in a bowl. Pour into an ice cream maker and process for about 20-25 minutes, or until frozen. Serve frozen with fresh blackberries on top.
  2. Tip: The taste of fresh orange juice really comes through in this sorbet. If you can, make the effort to juice the oranges yourself like I did. It really tastes better than store-bought OJ.
