Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon until crisp. Reserve drippings. Crumble bacon.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour. Place in reserved drippings over low heat. Cook until browned (about 10 minutes). Transfer into a 8x8x2 baking dish.
  4. Bake 20-30 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl (salt and cayenne pepper to taste). Drizzle over chicken.
  6. Cook 10 minutes more.
  7. Top with bacon, and cook 5 minutes more.
