Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat medium sauce pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add chopped Bacon and cook until fat begins to render down.
  3. Add Onions.
  4. Cook and stir until Bacon and Onions are golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool while prepping the remaining ingredients.
  6. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until mixed.
  7. Add remaining ingredients to sauce pan with Bacon and Onion.
  8. Heat gradually at medium to simmer.
  9. Simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  10. (You can strain to remove Bacon and Onion chunks for smoother sauce).
