Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
  2. Butter a bundt pan and sprinkle with about 2 tbsp.
  3. Dry breadcrumbs, until it is well-coated.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the sugar and the shortening and cream well.
  5. Blend in the eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
  6. Stir in the melted chocolate.
  7. Sift together the dry ingredients.
  8. Combine the cream and vanilla extract, and then add to the chocolate mixture alternately with the dry ingredients, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
  9. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  10. Cool the cake in the pan a few minutes before removing.
