Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat the first three ingredients until blended.
  2. Gradually add sugars and beat until fluffy.
  3. Add egg sub and cornstarch, beating well.
  4. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla.
  6. Spray a 7.5 x 11 pan with cooking spray.
  7. Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
  8. Cool before slicing.
