Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 (10 oz) can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:

  1. Add first four ingredients in a bowl and beat well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Refrigerate for several hours before using.
