Ingredients:

  • 1 large cos lettues (not ice berg) shredded
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 small onion chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp chop mint
  • 3/4 pt milk
  • 1/4 pint chicken or veg stock
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Melt butter ,cook lettues,mint and onion 8- 10 minutes .Add mint and all the other ingredients,when soft put through a processor or mill. Re heat or chill.
