Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a large bowl combine ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, parsley and egg.
  3. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce to 9 x 13 baking dish.
  4. Fill each shell with a small amount of the cheese mixture. A piping bag works best for this.
  5. Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish.
  6. Add remaining tomato sauce and remaining cheese.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes, covered with aluminum foil. Remove foil and continuing baking approximately 10 more minutes.
