Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash mushrooms and pop of caps
  2. Chop garlic, green onion, and the stems of the mushrooms up.
  3. In olive oil cook all 3 for 2 minutes or until soft
  4. Stir in cheese, pepper, and lemon juice. cook till soft
  5. Stuff the caps with filling and sprickle with bread crumbs.
  6. Cook at 400 for 7 minutes. serve/eat right away
