Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients plus 1 cup water and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 325F for 55 to 60 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Cool for 20 minutes before removing cake from pan. If you want to icing cake; use a commercial vanilla icing.
