Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Cream together the butter,sugar and eggs.
  2. Sift together all dry ingredients.
  3. Add to mixture,and stir until smooth.
  4. Add coffee,buttermilk and jam and mix well.
  5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
