Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs steak
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tbsp red pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Directions:

  1. Brown steak, do not cook all the way
  2. Set steak a side, cook veggies untill done
  3. Cut steak add to veggies
  4. Add spices and lime juice
  5. Cook untill the steak is how you like it
